“I knew I needed to find something better than a guy that counts reps and says see you next week. After the first day at P5 with total interaction from the PT and their cutting edge equipment (and I am not talking about weights), I walked out knowing I am in the right place.”
- Terry M.
"P5 has been the difference of having mediocre PT versus over the top one on one PT. They really push you to get as much from your one on one visit with them as possible! P5 has been a game changer for me, after undergoing hip surgery. If you are looking for positive results, I highly recommend P5!"
- Kevin T.
"...I'm now able to ride my bike pain free (what a joy!) for the first time in around 10 years..."
"I highly recommend P5!... I drive from the south sound to Edmonds for my appointments. The physical therapy treatments are that good and
well worth the drive."
- Mimi M.
"Now after 3 months of PT with P5, I have my life back and they helped correct the scar tissue in my knee from surgery 7 years ago. I can do things I haven't done in many years. As much as I appreciate you, my wife and twin girls appreciate you even more."
- Chris S.

We are the first and only Osteopractic Physical Therapy practice in Edmonds, WA.
The term Osteopractor literally translates to “bone practitioner”, and Osteopractors are highly trained in diagnosing and treating most neuromuscular & musculoskeletal disorders such as balance disorders, back pain, neck pain, and headache among others.
The diploma is given only to PT’s, MD’s, or DO’s who have completed a rigorous, evidenced-based series of courses.
Mobilization of the spine and/or extremities, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Dry Needling (DN) therapy are proven techniques in facilitating tissue healing, reducing joint dysfunction and minimizing pain. When combined with an effective therapeutic exercise regimen, these treatment interventions are powerful tools in eliminating functional impairments and reducing disability.
An Osteopractor is very distinct from, and should not be confused with, a chiropractor or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), as neither of these are Physical Therapists. The Osteopractor credential distinguishes those physical therapists, MD’s, or DO’s that have achieved a level of highly skilled, hands-on manual therapy techniques post-graduate through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
*Intramuscular or dry needling is not yet allowed in Washington state.
You will go through the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and/or the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a series of 10 full-body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns of movement such as bending and squatting in those with known musculoskeletal pain as part of physical therapy examination. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a pre-participation screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.
Neurac method is a treatment that aims to restore functional and pain-free movement patterns through high levels of neuromuscular stimulation. It focuses on muscle interaction and the cause of the problems, not just the symptoms.
Neurac is an active treatment approach
consisting of four main elements:
Controlled vibration/perturbation to selected body parts
Workload, specific and gradual exercise progression
A pain-free approach
Got persistent back pain or shoulder pain? Do you feel like a body part is disconnected from your body? This would let you move suspended in a pain-free environment and reestablish movement awareness. It is the first and only Redcord Neurac in Edmonds, WA.
