FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN YOU SEE ME WHERE I AM LOCATED?

Depending on availability, weather, and traffic conditions, we cover the following areas:

· North Seattle

· Shoreline

· Brier

· Edmonds

· Mountlake Terrace

· Lynnwood

· Woodinville

· Kirkland

· Redmond

· Bellevue

· Bothell

· Everett

Kindly provide us with a detailed direction how to get safely and timely into your place. Mentioning landmarks and where to park legally are very helpful. If your location was not mentioned, please leave us a message. Happy to figure it out.

If you want Redcord as part of your treatment, please make sure that there is a very sturdy and safe structure wherever could secure the ropes up to 8 feet high. A doorway with a pull up bar is a good example.

In-person contact on your first appointment is mandatory. If going to your place for follow up in-person visits won’t happen for any legitimate reason, we could use telehealth technology through this link:

You may also download it from Apple Store or Google Play for free! While using your eligible computer or any mobile device, it will take you to a virtual waiting room. Make sure your camera is enabled, and that you are in a quiet environment where you have enough privacy and room to move around for your exercises. A smartphone holder or stabilizer would be helpful to make sure you’re hands-free and in order to see a full body shot.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

You will be welcomed by us with a smile and make you feel at ease. During each visit, you will be seen by us Doctors of Physical Therapy with undivided attention. We value an optimal healing environment with that sense of privacy which greatly helps for faster recovery, fewer visits, and overall wellness.

Prior to your consultation, you are entitled for a complimentary patient account in Isabel Symptom Checker (https://symptomchecker.isabelhealthcare.com) to aid our conversation and rule out critical conditions where physical therapy might not be beneficial.

Your first visit will consist of a complete physical evaluation where we would address your primary symptoms but also what could be potentially causing it. Expect that you might be asked to remove your shoes to deeply assess your movement patterns without the influence of your footwear. It would be a collaborative meeting where we establish an effective plan of care not only for that episode but to follow you over time to keep you active and pain-free. We do not dictate to our patients; we consult and go on the journey to health and wellness as partners.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Be sure to have your welcome packet completed in advance. Wear loose-fitting clothing that would allow easy access to the body part or parts of concern. Prepare your valid ID, insurance card (if applicable), latest medication/supplement list, and copies of any medical records you think might be helpful, including any diagnostic imaging and surgical reports.
